happy new year to all. does any one have problems with SVMi-20E? I have one that died after 1.5 years. no problems with power, the system is on battery backup.
Can the voicemail be totally erased remotely? is this a common problem with these voicemails that they just die?

Never had even one SVMi-20 die yet or suffer a serious failure of any kind. Most of our installs are the Compact flash type. That may be the reason (hard drive failure on other models).

thanks for the info, the one we have is a hard drive. I have another tech going there tomorrow to look at it, or replace it.
