Hi all,
I'm kinda intrigued with the MMC 803. I never used this MMC and I wonder what is this useful for.
Does anyone know?

Kind regards,
Leticia

It is the tennant group MMC. It is basically designed to set up a "wall" in the system to make 2 different isolated tennants in the system. I very rarely have ever used it.

I've tried to set my ext on tenant 2, do some testing. I change it, save it, close the window but the value changes back to 1 when I reopen the window, so there's no way to test it.
The phone system is not saving the change but is not returnig an error.

The change is saved if I use KMMC, but not if I use IT.

Thanks a lot.

You do realize that if you put yourself in tenant 2, you will NOT be able to intercom anyone.

Only people in tenant 2 can intercom people in tenant 2, NO ONE in tenant 1 can intercom them or get intercom calls from them.

It's much easier to use " Use Groups" instead of tenant groups. In fact tech. support recommends it.
