Is there a way to dial into the system and administer your voice mail box remotely? I can't seem to find the right code to access my voice mail box.

I know you can on the SVMi series, and I beleive the cadence could do it, and the IP UMS can as well.
Do you have ISDN Indial or PSTN? as the process is slightly different between the trunk types

I think, it's pretty simple...
Just call your phone systems "voice mail assigned outside line", when the main message answers, press #ext (pound then extension number)...
(i.e. extension 2233... press #2233)
You should be asekd for your password to access your mail box, there in.. your settings..
If you dont' have a voice mail direct dial number assigned, I think as the phone is ringing, you can press the * asterisk key to get to the main voice mail message..

I have an SVMi-20E
I tried calling into the VoiceMail card and had no luck.

Figured it out. Spokeanetelecom pretty much had it. You just need to press #extension when the automated attendant answers.
