We currently use a Comdial DXP system with an ISDN predictive based dialer. We are looking to upgrade the dialer but it does not support PRI.
Our current SW version for the DXP is revision 12A
1.) Does the DXP support PRI
2.) If not any ballpark figures for upgrading it.
3.) If it does any ballpark figures for charges with getting it up to date
I ask here before contacting any comdial vendors because this forum seems to have a lot of individuals with a lot of experience in comdial and seems to have fast response times with accurate data.

Your DXP will support PRI if bumped up. I took one from 8 to 17 about three years ago with a PRI install. A full configuration accounting would need to be done to determine if any cards would need replacing or added.
