I am trying to install EVM(Auto attendant + voice mail system) with Samsung OS7200,EVM receive the call and transfer but when called party answer there is delay,that is becouse it is supervised transfer any body know that how can i make it blind transfer or unsupervised transfer,i am sure some body will help me out

Which way is the transfer (VMS to system or system to VMS)?

VMS to system,the port of PABX connected to EVM device ,it answer make hold when i enter ext no. but when other party answer,it does not connect immediately,which i think becouse of i am not able to enter some after dialing the ext no.like in AMNADA voice mail we enter 'H' after dialing the ext so it immediate hang up.I hope its clear now .

You have answered your own question, you need to find out what the end of dial string is for that VMS.
