I have a OfficeServ 7200- recently I made some changes, changed stations, fine.
one of the extensions now has a problem- when she is on the phone and someone pages, it comes through on her conversation, and cuts her off-
I have switched ports on the system, switched phones and nothing seems to clear this problem.
any suggestion to clear this problem?

What version is the software? Have you tried a reboot?

Upgrade to the latest software. I believe that was a bug in previously release software.
