We just recently had our power supply replaced on our Samsung iDCS 100 cabinet, and since then one of the internal lines has been forwarding to the main number even though forwarding is not active on that phone. The other numbers in the office seem to be unaffected (they still ring when their direct numbers are called), and the affected phone can still call out normally. I'm not really even sure where to start with this problem. Anyone seen/dealt with this problem before? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Hi,
After making a backup... did you test it when system is default?

Check that the entry for that phones direct number still exists in the DID table and has the correct destination(s)

Thanks for the quick replies!
@vimponia: We haven't tried a backup. As I said, we only swapped out the power supply - didn't think it would cause voicemail problems.
@nameless: I feel very noobish for saying this, but what exactly is the DID table? How would I access it to check?

If not, more detail is required. What internal line is forwarding? How do you know it is forwarding to the main number? Does this only happen on inbound calls or on intercom calls also?
