I have a 7100, v4.46d, analog trunks, & all calls going to AA. the problem is when they dial the menu option it tranfers the call but on display says 2nd line.. tranfer from 301 or whatever it says and then the 1st line i can make it say name OR #. there has to be a way to have calls trasfed from AA & have name & # on display? thanks

I'm not sure about that... I think on a call transfer it will always show the transferring station.

Try turning ringback station name on in MMC300 for your stations.

What are your setting in MMC119 for station display?
