We are migrating from digital phone to ITP VOIP phones.

Currently are users are assigned extensions 201-208.

Is there a way move the ITP phone ports to use those same extension numbers.

I have reviewed installation tool 6.3.2, and it appears I can move the ITP ports to just about every range except 201-208 range.

Is there some way to complete this?

That is basically what I thought it would involve, however, the VOIP stuff seems to have some interesting numbering mechanisms.

The numbering plans lists the MGI cards numbers as 3801-3816, however, to reach the phones you would physically dial 3201-3216. When I attempt to "overwrite" the 201-216 ports of the existing keysets, the software indicates that I am overwriting port ~271-287.

I have been through every screen in the installation tool and I cannot see where the unit maps the 3201 to the 271, etc.

In 6.3.2, there is some virtual card reconfiguration options that lets you change up certain mappings, however, it doesn't seem to let me put ITP sets in the 201-216 extension range.

What am I missing?

Thanks...I was in the right place...just completely missed the option to switch from the physical cabinet to the virtual cabinets.

Thanks a ton.
