Customer has an OS500 with PRI,MGI,16DLIS,SVMI8E. System has been running about 3 years now and no issues. Now customer is experiencing 1-2 resets a day. I am seeing a watchdog reset and then the misc aarms as system comes back up. Anyone seen this?

Sounds like you may have a db corruption. Try a download, default then upload.

Since my original post I had customer unplug ethernet cable connected to the MGI card (IP phones not being used anymore) Haven't had a reset since. Ill have her ping the IP address of the MGI card and see if it shows somewhere else.
