Hello, i´ve got a 7200 (mp20s) with this problem The version is 4.46d.
The machine is restarted when it comes to wins. Rebooting is not a complete restart as the machine only takes 30 seconds to boot, but during that time the machine is not working. I've already changed all the cards you carry: - MP20s (Slot-0) - 2 x 16 MWSLI (Slot-1 and Slot-2) - 8COMBO2 (Slot 3) - 8TRK2 (Slot-4) - TEPRI (Slot-5)
But can not get the machine is restarted. It's funny but also occasionally lose the identification of the caller on the analog telephones but restart works again.
The machine is connected through a UPS with power stabilization and also connected to ground.
This is the log of what happens when it restarts:

Hate to sound like Samsung tech support, but you probably have a corrupt DB. I'd default, upgrade to 4.53, hand enter it all back in; hopefully not a complex database.
Before you do that though, pull the SD card, put it in a flash adaptor, run disk check/repair on it. (assuming when you changed out the MP20s you carried over the old SD card.)
We also had an odd problem with a 7200S where it didn't want to run for any period of time with the PRI card in slot 5. We moved it to slot 3 and the problem cleared. (Far left, bottom row)
Tech support says they prefer a PRI card to be in slot 3, although the manual is fine with 3,4,5.

Is the system connected to the network?
In your log I see SVMI HDD, it's not listed as one of your cards. Is there a CSU installed in front of your T1/PRI?
I thought I read that an ip/network conflict will cause re-starts. Unplug the system from the network for a day and see what happens.
I'm not 100% on this one.

I to have had network conflicts cause restarts. I would try 6strings suggestion first.

HI, Had the same problem about 3 months ago with a 7200 with a MP20 card, MCP Reset Watchdog. The reset would happen intermittently. After changing the cabnet and MP20 card we then reloaded the DB which had no effect. After runing this all by Samsung they had no idea. We then installed an aircon in the room solving the problem. It was an over heating problem. Since doing this we have not had any problems with the site.

Our original two MP20s sites with Watchdog reset problems were definitely not enviromental/heat related.

I'm with noisycow and 6string.
I've had several systems either crash and not boot up, or keep rebooting due to lan issues.
I've also had several systems randomly restart (mainly 500 R1 and R2) due to db corruption, requiring a download, default, then upload of the db.
In a way having todo this with software upgrades on os7000 isn't too bad a thing.

One desperate measure we have done successfully in the past is to save the phone/vm database, default the system, run disk check on the SD card, defrag, and reload everything.
On two accounts that apparently fixed everything. I know it doesn't make a lot of sense but it worked.
Nothing was more frustrating than this random reset problem.
We cured an Inter-Tel Axxess last week of the same issue by doing a DB save, and re-loading - actually fixed it.
