I am quite sure I am right on this question but I wanted to double check. Is it possible for the OfficeServ 7400 system to bypass the vmail box on the system and only send the message to an email box? i have always thought that could not be done since the vmail system is only sending a copy in an email attachment.
Thoughts?
Thanks, Scott

You can set up in programming, after the VM has sent the e-mail of the message, it can delete it from the Mbx.

I figured it out. I had to create another MClass.
