I have plantronics single line cordless phones with caller id capabilities. the caller id info does not pass thru to them. is there a way to push that info to those single line ports?

On the newer systems you can enable CID to an analog phone. What system do you have?

my system has 1.38 software therefore I can only support a misc1 card

If this is a Idcs 100 with Release 1 software you won't be able to pass the CID to and analog port. You will need to upgrade to an MCP2 (Release 2) processor.

upgraded to mcp card with revision 2 software and a misc 3 card and it will not forward cid info to a single line
