SAMSUNG OFFICE SERV: I have had to replace over a dozen 21D phones because of the switch hook sticking. It seems to be either the spring is faulty or the hole is too small for the hook to clear every time.... It doesn't do it all the time, for the most part it works properly. Have you had similar problems, or a solution? Thanks, John

Do you mean a DS-5021D? If so, we have a bunch of them out there with no problems. As a matter of fact I can't remember ever sending a phone back under warranty.
Maybe they had a bad batch! What does Samsung have to say about it?

Can't say I've had that issue, usually they just get stuck on version or don't come up at all (lost count of the number of handsets that have done this that i've sent back to samsung).
Pull it apart and have a look at the spring/hole maybe

6string, Yes it is the DS-5021D, Samsung said it was a bad batch. However, my office phone is doing it and I have had complaints from another one of my customers as well. The way I see it is at least its under warranty.
