Hi,
I need to help finding the correct software to convert our custom prompts into G729 format so they can be uploaded into the system by WebMC
Through reading this forum ive found i need:
G729 8khz 16bit
my prompts are currently in mp3 and wav.
Ive tried SmartVAVConverter Pro but that will only make G729 8khz 4bit, the quality is not good enough..
Any help would be appreciated!
