I have a Samsung DCS system with LCD 24B keysets. I receive a busy signal when selecting line 10 for an outside call. I have tried the steps to cancel callback without success. Any suggestions?

You are dialing 9 for an outside line, getting a busy signal, then what are you doing, just hanging up or doing something else?

MRL Equipment, we need more info. than that.
What does line 10 being busy have to do with the callback?

Our phone system has eleven outside lines. When I select individual lines 1 thru 9 and 11 I get a dial tone...as expected. When I select line 10, I get a busy signal and the LCD display reads "710: Busy CBK". I assume CBK stands for callback.
I would like information on how to free-up line 10.

That line or port is faulty you need to do some investigating.

I'm not super formiliar with the DCS.
A few ideas: 1. Is line 10's button red or showing busy on your phone? If so something is using that line. If not then you may have a line or port problem. Check to be sure there is dial tone going into CO port 10 on the system with a test set. If there is dial tone then disconnect it and then re-connect it to see if that clears the issue.
2. If not, you may need to reset the system by power it down waiting 15 seconds and then powering it back up.
3. Do you have a backup of the system programming? If not then I don't recommend #2.
4. Option 2 may clear the problem. If not, then you have a port or line problem.
If your not formiliar with what I'm talking about then you may want to contact a local tech. to check it out.

Try MMC40* for trunk release. Sounds like the trunk locked up
