The DCS is v4.6 is there an upgrade procedure besides just swapping cards?

MUST have 4.8 S/W or the SMVI will not run. Found that out the hard way.

It came up on v4.6 but what I did have to do before it came up was change the year on the DCS to 11 in time and date.
It was originally set at 41 and then Poof it magically started responding.
The other thing that had me scratching my head was call fwd no answer was working but going into Monitoring on and playing vm message over the sets speakers. I disabled AME In COS etc. But it still kept doing it, so after some help with tech support I re enabled AME and then gave all the sets AME keys to turn the feature off and that cleared it.
Sorry about the double post on the boards, I'm not sure how that happened.
