Hello Everyone,
I have a 5121 phone remotely at my home from the office. Our system is a 7100 with 4.46d s/w. How can I upgrade the s/w on the phone while I am here at home? I have read about it and have the software but can't find anything on how to do it. Can someone please help me with this?

Run the TFTP client on a local PC with the phone and either run the Upgrade from the phone or enter the criteria in System IP Options and push it from the system. Or open port 69 on your firewall and run it at the office.
