Hi
Customer has com II ver 7.08. Digital exts 4 & 5 (204-205) have noise (sounds like a power humm).Exts 201 to 203 are okay, spare ports 6-7-8 are also noisy. I have traced noise into KSU I'm takeing out a replacement power supply tomprrow is there any other things I should look at or take?

Are you POSITIVE the punchdowns are correct?
Does NOT sound like a power problem, more like an interference problem, test at the KSU.

The noise proved into the KSU
from the system frame, also the hum is not really apparent through the speaker only on handset.

Ive had idcs hand pieces go, and get a hum from the overhead fluro lights.
