I have a problem with the OfficeServ 7030 and forwarding voice mail messages. Properly configured mail account and sends me first recording without problems when the problem comes when you make more recordings, and it takes to send them (when the show) over 20 minutes.
Know that this may be due.??
The machine has the version 4.30d.

Let me try to understand the problem. A message is left in a voice mailbox. Then the voicemail takes 20 minutes to arrive in an e-mail inbox even though it is already showing message on the local phone? If this is the case are you using a local mail server? Or are you going out on the public network?

I'd suggest ruling out the email server.
Use a freeware SMTP server such as Argosoft mail as a test. Use this to prove whether problem is with PBX or email server

I am using an external mail server, besides that the mailbox is on a virtual extension with no notification if the message appears again.
The strange thing is that the same mail server I'm using it at other facilities and works OK, but with the models 7100 and 7200.
And above all do not understand is because the first message sent me on the progress and subsequent take so long.

The messages are short, no more than 30 seconds. The truth is that I have not tried to leave them longer.
