I have defaulted an OS7030 successfully but still cannot get into web management - I am getting invalid password! I have upgraded the system software to v4.41 and still cannot access either web management or Installation Tool software. How can I change or reset this password? I have programmed the extensions/routing etc. but I need to get at the voicemail - appreciate any help!

Change the SO version again via File Control option in Installation Tool (Without accesing to the PBX config).

If you have defaulted it then the IT/Web password should have been defaulted.
Check caps lock isnt on.
