Customer has a OS500 w/ MCP2 w/ latest software.
Cabinet has 02 firmware.
Can't see an MGI 2 or an MGI 16 card in it.
Have another customer with OS 500 w/03 firmware, same MGI 16 works fine but MGI 2 shows in slot but no lights on MGI 2 card and can't program it.
Any help out there ??
Samsung doesn't want to talk about "old" equipment.
