Hello all,
we had a customer call us today and inquire about blocking calls from a specific number. They have a 7400 cabinet, 4-53b software, and are using broadvox sip trunks for all incoming calls. I've read through some previous posts and they seem to lean towards the mmc for cid translation. Ive tried reading through manuals and tinkering with our system here, but the only thing I'm able to accomplish is to pop a name on the display. Anyone found a way to redirect these calls based on cid?
