I am getting an error message when installing easyset v2- it says that i need to create a virtual directory and that the name easyset is already in use- when I try to input any name it tells me is already in use....
any ideas as to why the installation is doing this?
and how i can fix it?

Make sure you have IIS installed on your pc before you install easyset.

Had this exact problem. Remove easyset, then uninstall iis. Reboot, install iis and easyset that should fix it.

Make sure you have at least the following options installed for IIS -
IIS metabase and IIS6 config
asp under application development
all the common http features
Any reason why your still using version 2? its many years old, and version 3 has an auto connect and multiple system support.

I was told that a charge of $488.00 is needed for the software....
but i will try to get from my vendor... when did version 3 come out- my system is only 2 years old...!
