Hi
Can anybody shed some light on why a SVMi20 will loose some of its programming when reset. This is on a OS7400 v4.51. Day menu got to options for different languages. New menus created for the languages with options to route caller to different extensions. When voicemail is restarted it looses these options but in the daymain menu the options stay there. The new menus created is also still there. It only looses the options under the new menus.

Sounds like your extensions are being deleted.

Check your vm download MMC to see if its set to yes, then check to make sure you have at least extension in mailbox create mmc for the extensions/groups in question.
