installed PRI. outgoing fine.
incoming caller hears nothing but phone or phones ring and caller is there?
PRI provider makes some changes and it works, but

incoming callers sometimes are getting RNA, rings in the callers ear(offsite)but yet nothing rings in the office. both DID's pointed to an extension and ones pointed to UCD's
Provider changed Adtran, same issue
Provider tells me they see the call but the phone system is sending a return message
Anyone have any help?

Thanks
