Would it be possible that someone send me the technical bulletin that explains in detail what's new in version 4.53b, especially with regard to the issue of the busy tone detection on analog lines?

Here in South Africa there was issues with 4.53b and we are running 4.53c currently with 4.6 also coming out shortly.

They just announced last week that they are releasing V4.53c here in the states.
