Has anybody encountered a problem with these stating "Send Queue Full" and you lose the Serial Integration. The system it is on is a DXP Plus w/2 expansion cabinets. I know the serial integration is gone because Vmail goes away in the screen. Please help.

phoneguyne is right. bad or mis configured COM port. Funny, I can't remember the log file names anymore or where they live, but the queue is most likely full because it can't open the device (serial port) configured. There should be an error in a .txt or .log file somewhere like c:/vm saying as much. I can't even remember how to check a com port in DOS Box :-)

If changing the commport does not work delete the vm hunt groupe in the dxp and reassign it. I have had this happen alot on a dxp w/ keyvoice.
