i have a 7100 on customer site and several people are saying they cannot retrieve messages. display and mb says they have messages and when they attempt to listen, it goes back to press 1 to listen to message - in my experience this can be no audio or "hang-up" msgs, but it is still happening after i had her del them - also, if you save first - then you can go back and listen to them - looked at error log, and nothing out of order???? 7100 mp20s ver 4.51

Customer needs to wait for the call info to end before they hear messages. If they press 1 it takes them back to the call info (date, time and phone number).

7100 and 7200-S are notorious for having slow disconnects when someone hangs up during the greeting. It is most likely a hang-up.

Upgrade to 4.53 and use Device Manager to program.
It might help this issue but if it doesn't you will at least have a better, faster, nicer VM programming experience. This has also solved some of our connecting to VM issue's.

We had the same issue on a site, the light or on screen message would disappear usually over night.
Upgrading to 4.53b solved the issue without reprogramming.
