I'm about to convert a customer from 3 digit dial plan to a 4 digit dial plan on an Officeserv 7200 with SVMI-20. My concern is that all of the users are going to have to go through setting up their mailboxes when then new 4 digit mailboxes are created. Am I correct in my concern? has anyone found a way around this, possibly by modifying the files or file names on the SVMI?

You can renumber the ext and mbx numbers in the svmi.
