Hi all,
we notice that the PRS feature does not work when we have the CID active.

We tested this situation on an OS7100 (MP10a) with UNI and 4TRK. We tested both on 4.41b and 4.46e, but it seems to be the same on all firmware versions.

We are testing incoming calls thru AA. If the caller party disconnects the call while playing the welcome prompt and the CID is active, the call stays active. The call is not released.

If CID is not active the line is release the call if the trunk is connected to port 2, 3 or 4.

The call is never released if the trunk is connected to 4TRK P1, whether the CID is active or not.

What does the vm port activity show?
Since you are hanging up on the AA, the VM should detect busy tone and drop the call.

Do you have the tone_db.inf file on the Media Card?

the port activity shows the normal flow: as if the caller didn's hung up
