Hi all,
We have a problem with DISA feature over ISDN. When an authorized number (in MMC 764) calls the DISA line, the features works perfectly.
When an unauthorized number calls the same DISA line, it returns a continuous tone, as the one waiting for dial, instead of redirecting the call to the operator group.
If we do the same, but at this time over an analogue trunk, the call from an unauthorized number is routed to the operator group as expected.
Do the ISDN lines have different behaviour under these same conditions? How can we solve this issue? We try it with and without DISA passcode always with the same result
Kind regards, Leticia

I was under the impression that DISA could only work on PSTN...

DISA should work on BRI/PRI. We have use ir setting a D under each RP on MMC 714.
