I have an iDCS 100 R1 system that has been working fine for quite a while. Now, the voice mail messages are clipping when played back. Is there any gain adjust on the voice mail channels ?
Any other ideas ? No changes have been made recently that I am aware of.

What voicemail system is it? The svmi4e had problems with garbled messages on playback.

We used to get them working right again by pulling the CF card and running windows disk repair and defrag on them.

The VM is an SVMi4E. Any fix for the problems ?

Ran a defrag on the CF, no help. Changed the gain setting and it worked.

There is a stutter mod for the 4e. You have to send it in as it requires a reprogram of the cpld with a new cksum. is yours at 5cc6 as that is the cpld level that fixes the stutter problem. John
