hi all

i just need to know what is the purpose of using virtual cabinets (samsung officeserv). is it can be used to get the extensions expanded or something else.and how?

if somebody knows please reply me.

virtual cabinets are used to allocate resources wich are not connected physically to the system (SIP exten, wired or wifi ITP, SIP trunk and do on) and also to have non physical devices wich allow you to use features without having a phone connected (forwarding, mobex)

is it possible to expand telephone extensions using virtual cabinets, without adding any hardware.
