I have been looking through the user guide and see that this is supposed to be a rather easy deal. Call is ringing in on my extension, I don't want to answer it and press the * key. When I do it does not send it to my VM like its supposed to. Anyone have a solution or know how I can make this work correctly?

I believe you need to press the # key, not *
