hope someone can HELP my main techie is in Turkey !!
incomming calls ring a ring group 508 UCD set sequential with eight members the next port is 538 which is a VMS UCD group set sequential with 4 members 217 218 219 220 group 508 has an overflow of 20 and hunt time 30

what is happenig is a call comes in and rings if not answered it should play a message to tell them to dial 1 if there call is an emergency and that should then ring an slt emergency phone on the main desk but when people dial 1 it seems to still ring a group of phones even though when you log onto the voice mail and look at the day menu digit 1 says its pointing at the slt phone 2059 but it wont go there BUT ..... the system plays comfort messages and if you wait long enough and then dial 1 it does seen to go there and im a bit lost if anyone can shed some light or if they know another way to set it up (it has to ring a group,play comfort messages and dial 1 at any time for an emergency )
