I recently Expanded a system with a DPM8 and added 6 keysets. Five of the sets are working well the sixth however does not pickup the ringing call when the handset is picked up. I have not been able to find anything in the programming manual II on turning on or off the auto answer function on a keyset. I did nothing different in programming this ext from the others. how can I get it to auto answer.

If you're ringing some of the original phones then you've reached the limit. You can make 6 phones ring. If you want more then create a UCD group then add your phones.

Its been awhile so I'm not positive but I believe all the new phones were added to the UCD. I do know that there are 14 phones on the system at present and at least 11 of them are ringing.

Do you know for sure the extensions in question actually ring on incoming calls?

Had Customer Close the door to that room then I called in no ring. I will check UCD members to ensure that extension is a member.

While I was adding this ext to the ucd I remembered the customer had me leave it out when I added all the rest of new phones to ring. Thanks for the memory jog some times i think my mind is too full to remember everything.
