Customer has 2 cabinet OS500 with lots of cards, IP, PRI etc. Now when I log in thru OSM not seeing station group info anymore. MCP 2.72 SCP2 2.20 LCP2 2.19 PRI 1.07 MGI2 1.24 SVMI8e 4.01
System has been running for quite awhile without any new cards added etc. But this issue just started. Anyone seen this before?

There was an issue that only affected 2.46m software and the version of OSM released for 2.46, where the station groups wouldn't show.
Your LCP2 should be the same version as the SCP2, i doubt thats the issue but it won't be helping.
There is an issue with VoIP (possibly only SPNET) trunk lock ups in 2.72 software (same as 4.14 OS7000).
These are all off topic however, i'm assuming that kmmc shows the station groups fine. Tried a restart?
