I have an iDCS 100 R1 with SVMi4. Was working ok, now the menus are not processing digits. The menu is set to take input from ENTRY. The * or # also do not work. Looking at the status screen, the call is being passed to the correct menu. There is the ??? search extn and mbx entries in the menu. Also the single digit entries no longer work.

Is there any way to see if the digits actually make it to the SVMi ?

Any ideas on what to check ?
