Hi
We have a IDCS 100 which we have an RTO key to be able to switch between night-mode and day-mode this is great for us as we can delay switching to night mode if we are awaiting a call.
We are however looking to outsource our voicemail for a few hours a day to a specialist answering service. For example between 5pm and 9pm mon-fri and 10am to 5pm sat-sun. If in night mode the rest of the time it can divert to the voicemail system.
We dont want to remove the RTO button and replace with a timer though for the above reason. How would you go about this?
Thanks B

Yes there is a way to do this you need to set up another ring plan say 3 have this go to extn which is forwarded to that number best thing is to use a virtual extn and dont forget timers as in default its 15 secs before dialing out any problems leave me a message and il try and help
