Hey Guys and Gals, I have a Customer that has a OS7100 Ver. 4.04.0 (I know its Old) And It loses the Time a couple of times a Week. All other Programing is still there just the time. Anyone seen this Before? Thanks. :bang:

Is the time/date actually wrong when you check via the MMC, or just displayed wrong on the handset?
If its just the display on the handsets this was a bug fixed in 4.21d

It is a long road to hoe to bring that up to current software. For not a lot of money, you could get a new software card and have them current and just reprogram.
There were a lot of bugs in s/w that old.

Why bother with the new card? Just backup the config, upload later software, then have 2 IT tool windows open and copy and paste the config between the 2.
otherwise your looking at about 3-4 jumps (4.09 (maybe), 4.14, 4.30, 4.46)
