hey there again, last problem to my nightmare....
if 2 people are on the phone, and a 3rd call comes in, it goes directly to voicemail at ext 107.... P-FWD is set to none on all lines... im guessing its in the .txt file??? also the overflow is set correctly... help lol...

well the only update i have is that the 3rd line incoming is forwarding to the number 1 member of the ring group, which is 107

nevermind fixed it! basically redid the system and added a UCD group...
