Hello,
I have a customer who wanted to see how many calls come into his OfficeServ 7100 at a given time. Is there a way to do this via the GUI tool or the Voicemail without printing it out? Ideally, he would be able to go somewhere on his computer and login and see how many calls have come in to the voicemail(since it answers all trunks) and then take it from there. I know the Samsung can output SMDR to a printer, but that can be a bit ponderous, and its not like he wants all of that other information, or a whole CDR suite. Any ideas would be helpful.

You can see the used channels or trunks in Connection Status (Screen 6.2.1, MMC434).

You can log into the 7100 voice mail through the browser and select the view reports.

You can use 3rd party CDR solution. It just listen 5100 port of PBX via TCP. Ä°nstallation is so easy just 3 "next next next click" and You only need one PC in the same network of PBX. The PC should be anybody's PC of the office and can be OFF any time thanks to the SMDR buffer of Samsung. It reports all activities on the PBX. Reports are catagorized, extention based, trunk based, last 100 call, higest priced 100 call, daily, mountly, departmant based, etc. I can inform detaily if you reach me from PM.
