Just installed an OS7400 4.53c with a PRI. We added TriVium call accounting. We have not looked at the raw data yet, but the TriVium tech says that the system is not sending inbound caller ID info to the TriVium server.
Looking at call logs on each phone, every phone seems to get inbound caller ID on every call stored in the call logs.
Has anyone seen this issue before?

CID is off by default in SMDR options.

Check SMDR options it definitely works on 4.53 as I did one the other day.
