I have setup virtual ext 3202 to forward all to outside number. In Extension Block 204 Caller Options Processor set digit 7 to Ext 3202. When I make internal call to Ext 204 and get to it's MB, dialing 7 transfers me to 3202 and to outside #. However, when an outside call goes to 204 and to it's MB dialing 7 receives an error of invalid entry and exits to Main Menu. If I set it for digit 1 instead of 7 it goes to leave message (the default) Any ideas?
