I have a system that is acting a little strange. When a person has a caller on the line and a 2nd call comes in, the system disconnects the audio on the first call and gives you the 2nd caller, however the original person on the line can hear the whole convo with the 2nd caller.
Another issue along the same lines, when a caller is put on hold they will suddenly get another convo on the system that someone else is having.
One other reported instance is a caller is placed on Park by say x131. 131 intercoms 118 to ask a question, it conferences all 3, the caller,x131,and x118. Then x131 hangs up with 118 and is automatically connected to the call on Park 10.
These issues do not happen all the time or everyday. Not sure if all related or not, system doesn't have a problemattic history either.
Any suggestions?

System reset ..if that doesn't work I'd replace the SVCS board.
