Curious if anyone has done this before. Have a customer that upgraded from a iDCS 100 with SVMI4e to a 7100. What we would like to do is figure out if there is a way to take some of the old messages left in the owners mailbox on the svmi4e and somehow get them into wav format so we can email them to him. I'm going to play around with this. We have a 7200 with a svmi20e that Im going to attempt to upload and see if i can use the email gateway feature to email them. Not sure if I'm headed in the right direction on this.

as always, thanks for the input!

Never tried this from a svmi4, but i did take the block, message, schedule, etc table files and all the messages/mailboxes from a svmi16e to a svmi20e and it worked.

I wouldn't take the block table but you should be right with the others
