I have to update mgi card. I have pkg and bin files to do it, but I don´t know how to. Could some body help me? I can´t do it of same way I do with others cards, for instance MP, LP and Tepri.

You will indeed need a TFTP application (such as Pumpkin) to upload the files into the MGI card.
You then use the serial cable to connect to the MGI card and run these two commands:
Allset This lets you set the ip addresses up including the IP address for your laptop where Pumpkin’s running.
Reboot This will force the card to reboot and grab files from Pumpkin and upgrade.
