I upgraded the T1 card from 4.26 to 4.28 then rebooted the 7400 ksu and now the T1 card doesnt work at all no dial tone and in the version mmc it says no version data, so I tried the upgrade gain, says the same thing, any ideas? Thanks alot

Did you wait till update was finished can take 20 mins to update and if you reset it before its done can muck it up and have you looked in 727 to see if update is in there if it is could do a 818 to new software update

I swapped the card out at the customer site and installed it in a test system at the office to try the upgrade again. Now that there is "no data version" displayed when I upload the file thru 818 it never even completes the process, even after 12 hrs it still shows "media is busy" It is probably hoses up but is there a back door the upload the software on the card?

What firmware version do you have in the MP40?
Same as Gerrya have said, I have had the same problem. To solve it, you must use MMC818 from the phone.

yes I uploaded the file to the mmc card via file control then from the phone upload the file to the TEPRI2 card and when it finishes reboot the system but it will never finish the upload to the card. 4.53C

Try to restore it with 4.26, then try to upgrade it to 4.28.

If it shows no ver you will never get it working. You will have to send it to samsung to have it reloaded. The tepri is not like a mgi where you can go in at the shell level and restore.Good luck.
