Hopefully someone can help..at my wits end!I'm trying to get a blf button to work on a comdial impression.At station 10 the light for sta.17 is not showing up and cannot be transfered to.I have done 56 to get to button mapping,then 03 for assign blf,pressed the button I want and then the sta.17.Sta. 10 can intercom 17 by pressing the button,but it still does not light when 17 is on the phone nor can 10 transfer an outside call by pressing the button.I have switched phones also.17 works and lights on all other phones. HELP?

Look in your manual and blank the button then log out. Use the Intercom **3 function to program your button.

Worked perfectly.Thank you.I had tried the **3 several times before,must not have blanked the button correctly.Thanks again!
